Can be used to make Runewords:
Not really, large charms are unpopular as most inventories are filled with either grand charms (for skills) and small charms, or only with small charms (for everything else - they have a better mod / space ratio). It's quite a good large charm, so if I were you I'd keep it to level up your chars or on budget builds, but to sell it it'll take long to bring probably Pul at most (and max damage could go to 6, so it's not perfect neither).

On Traderie those (yes, with 4 max damage) go for Ist - Vex (not considering outliers). Your life roll is max for Large charms and AR rolls range from 21 to 48, so your 43 is a good one, too.
I would put fair value at Vex but sell it for Gul, too.

It had to have a better + max damage (5 or 6) to compete with 2 sc.
