Hello. I think I have found something interesting, but it's hard to me to to decide if it's worth it at all. Is this 5% to Amplify Damage on striking worth it? The damage doesn't look bad but could it compete with The Reaper's Toll? So here it is:

The CTC amplify damage makes it interesting. But I can't imagine a situation where this would be better than 33% CTC Decrepify from Reaper's Toll

The CTC Amplify Damage makes it interesting. But I can't imagine a situation where this would be better than 33% CTC Decrepify from Reaper's Toll
