what would this be worth? I see only very few listed, with very ranging values.

Not really, large charms are unpopular as most inventories are filled with either grand charms (for skills) and small charms, or only with small charms (for everything else - they have a better mod / space ratio). It's quite a good large charm, so if I were you I'd keep it to level up your chars or on budget builds, but to sell it it'll take long to bring probably
