Without the 40% ias ... would have no value... Titan's Revenge would be strictly better...
But with 40% ias... maybe have some value
As with 20 ias gloves, Highlord's Wrath, and 15 ias jewel (total 95 ias x 55 ias) you can achieve higher breakpoints with Lightning Fury (89 x 52) and Charged Strike (95 x 50)
