2/20 with 12 dex, very nice.

Necro is one of the classes that really benefits from 20 fcr on the amu and accordingly, 2/20 are very valuable. With extra dex I would estimate at it around 5+

2/20 amulets are really BiS for many necros and so rare.

The others 2 rolls are not great though :

Frost Nova is pointless, Dex only used to increase block chance - not bad, but not the most useful.

I'd bet around 4-5

Are there any necro specific mods on amulets which could make it godly? I mean not general ones like life/mana, but something specific, maybe poison resistance?

Nothing specific.
You would want str (so that less hard points are needed for

Monarch), life, and all res. 20 all res are better than 40psn res. In PvP, you don't need sunders. For PvM you can simply slap on some

Sandstorm Trek to counter the poison sunder.

Homunculus, more Necros aim for max block compared to e.g. sorc (who rely on storm shield). It is still rather uncommon but it still makes dex on a Nec amu a tad more desirable than on a sorc amu.
