10cb and 3ll are both max values from the blood craft. You get those values on average every 30 crafts. In addition, you have 20 IAS, the most important value on Blood Gloves. This alone makes them rare.
Life roll is average.
Then you also got mf and res. Poison is not the best but you got a good roll 26/30.
You could get around 2-2.5 Jah for these. You don't need skills for crafted gloves to be GG. My Uber Smiter uses crafted gloves. Barbs and Druids can use these too. Skill rolls take away from other useful rolls.
For gg Blood Gloves with no skills you want 20ias, 10 cb, high life roll, str, dex, good res.
