No worth but if you are looking for something for leveling, you can put some flawless (lvl15) or perfect (lvl29) skulls and gems in it or some crafting jewels with damage or just low level runes (like Ith).
With 6 sockets, you will easily build something better than Malice.

I did not want to suggest spending big on it. I think the Larzuk is the most expensive part of it. Neither flawless gems nor Ith runes nor crafting jewels are expensive. And I bet I can find a handful of usable jewels among random crafting batches. If you want, I can send you some.
