Telekinesis (17/30 Charges)

Raven Touch:
Both str and dex, both rolled medium-high (20str / 15dex are max) AND life very good (40 is max) AND mana very good (90 is max) AND a bit of AR (120 is max) -> only 3 pts but 5 valuable affixes with several good rolls on them -> I'd say this has serious value

Storm Eye:
Very high AR, very low str, mid dex, mid mana, mid fr -> 2.5 pts. str rolled too low, no/low value

Wraith Knot:
ll does not work in PvP, repl life is useless in PvM. So this is only one valuable affix no matter how you look at it. Mid mana, mid fr, perf. pr. ~3points since res, esp cr and pr, are less inportant, I think it has low value

Havoc Whorl:
Good AR but not much else ->

Telekinesis charges. If you meet one of them, they might still buy it. (I would not wait for that)

I'm asking myself if the 2 couldn't be decent for PvP caster but it's been a while since I did PvP.

All rolls are too low for PvP players who look for perfect or almost perfect stuff

I'm talking about budget, not end game PvP.
Some people like PvP but can't afford perfect items.
