Can be used to make Runewords:
Unique belts are so awesome that only the absolutely best rares stand a chance to be somewhat valuable.
Fhr and 3 good rolls for res is nice.
But you also got 2 useless affixes.
What you would want instead is something like str and life. And even then they wouldn't be valuable since there is stuff like Arachnid Mesh and verdungo's.
