Did some digging and those shields are common for lvl 30 duel Necros:
1. Rare with Inc Block, 2 PNB and +3 Bone Spirit with +3 Bone Spear (good luck finding)
2. Rhyme with + Bone Spirit and ideally with Bone Spear and Fire Golem.
Looking at things, my baby Homunculus is not (much) better than the Rhyme since it's lacking skills. Both str and damage2mana are nice but not good enough to compensate 3 Bone Spear skills :-/
(Unless the added socket is a big deal?)
