You could get an Ist for it. But 2traps/10 fcr can spawn on a rare amulet with all the extra benefits. The only times a blue amulet is BiS is when it rolls with +3 skills tree, since +3 skill tree cannot roll on a rare.

If I remember correctly for sins most pvp players prefer 1 to all skills to 2 to one tree in lld (especially to boost both shadow disciplines and traps)
