I found this with a level required of 8 : damn low and with many interesting affixes (deflecting / 2 os / some life and mana).
Do you think it can be worth something for level 9 duels ?
30% increased block chance / 20% increased block speed

9 life
7 mana
increased defense 36%
Attacker takes 1 damage
2 open sockets (empty of course).
Do you think it can have value ?

auto mods have no level requirement (but monster/area must be from a high level to drop items with the better auto mods 
)

Heraldic Shield 26 def 43@ (4 Socket Level required 12)
You can drop a Rondache with equivalent status and Level required 6 (or a Targe with Level required 3) on Hell.
