Well, that would be super niche. From lvl73 Storm shield is better.
Mercs can't block, so you have to put a Zod in it.
At lvl 49 it competes with Sanctuary, which I would argue is just overall better. Even Splendor and Rhyme can be considered valid alternatives, since this really only offers high def as a unique selling point.
Selling this will take forever.
