Definitely a very good one, 4 nice affixes (fcr/str/high fres/mf) with good rolls and good on auto mods too (life could have been up to 20 but still).
High value, more than Jah from my point of view but dunno how much over.

It is basically a 3.5 points ring even if it is a Blood Ring cause no huge str/life.

In my calculations it's 5 points (1 + 0.5 + 1 + 0.5 + 1 + 1) (but ll and life are at the limit of the 0.5 point - 2 ll and 13 life would give 0 points each - but even disregarding that would still be 4 points

Because the point system was created mostly for pvp.
