Non-Ladder you could get 10 Jah. Ladder will be less, especially this early in ladder. 4 Ber seems fair to me 1 week into season 10 but I'm not a ladder except.

Yes, this is for LLD. BIS armor for e.g. bowazon in lvl 30 duels.
I would also agree that 4 Ber is fair so early in ladder. Just don't hoard those Ber but use them. Getting an early Enigma is one way to capitalize them.

A couple with 80 life and 3os have sold for 15 Jah on NL recently. 10 Jah on NL is a conservative estimate for one with 75 life.
And yes 3os is for LLD since the Jeweler's affix has a level req of 55.
