mail notification stop working

Description

Hi

I have all notification checked on configuration to send mail.
But the last mail I received was 20:25 (GMT-3)

And received more than 5 notification on the site on the last minutes.

Can be used to make Runewords:

Seems like the mail notifications had stopped again...
Yesterday, the mail notifications were slow (more then 15 minutes late), but today it seems to stopped again (I should've received one 5 hour ago)

Received 5 mail notification now... all relative to event from hours ago (and from events from diferent moments)
