The [real] perfect item showcase

Today I rolled a perfect

Cloudcrack for the first time.
Maybe nobody cares about this sword but seeing absolute perfect rolls for any item makes me happy.
This post is an invitation for displaying any perfect item you get.
It may be silly but the perfect Item I am mostly proud of rolling is

Cathan's Visage, which took me dozens of dozens of drops to get an 27.
Any perfect TC3 Set / Unique item also makes my day.

Well, that's for lucky finds, not necessarily 100% perfect drops. A

Ber rune is always a lucky find, but there's no roll on it. A

Griffon's Eye is always a lucky drop, but not necessarily perfect, and so on
