For that reason, despite it's Treasure Class of 63, it can't drop from monsters who are not at least level 87, which in turn is the reason why you can't farm it with Pindleskin (which is mLvl 86).
It is the final Belt for most caster builds. it is the only Belt that provides FCR except crafted caster belts, and it has more FCR and +1 all skills. Has a high price because is a Qlvl 87, it's really rare.
