The fact that it's socketed is nice, and yes I'm sure it's worth something, but I'm not sure what exactly. If I ran a sin, I might pay at least a
Pul for it.

I gamble my
Gold for circulets and find +2 skill circlets fairly often, but the 30% speed yours has is also nice.
