At first glance this appears to be semi-valuable for LLD, but I can't find any similar Circlet being sold anywhere else. Which leads me to believe that if there are none for sale or have sold, then people aren't looking for it.
Will buy any 3 minor keys for an Ist - message me.

i was told the lvl 30 bracket for barbarian is crap, and FCR does nothing for them at that level. I think if it was paladin combat it would be a different story, but alas.
