At first glance this appears to be semi-valuable for LLD, but I can't find any similar
Circlet being sold anywhere else. Which leads me to believe that if there are none for sale or have sold, then people aren't looking for it.

i was told the lvl 30 bracket for barbarian is crap, and FCR does nothing for them at that level. I think if it was paladin combat it would be a different story, but alas.
