dex is nice but really wants to combine with strength
lightning damage is nothing as well as light radius. what you have is a 18 ED 7dex jewel. and it hold no value you were correct in your judgement to toss. for the FUTURE, the only jewels worth keeping 15IAS/40ED, 15IAS/25ED, 20ED, 15MaxD, 20 Max D, 30 Max damage. When it comes to jewels people like perfect rolls and focus on big enhanced damage combined with IAS or ED rolls, maybe a all resist roll on certain builds. People do not f around with jewels and usually if it isn't perfect they will not be interested at all and the jewel is considered self use. Cheers.
prefix
30% ed
-15% req
60 ar
8 min dmg
9 max dmg
30% cold/fire/lightning/psn res
10% all res
suffix
7% fhr
9 str
9 dex
10 min dmg
9 max dmg
I have probably forgotten something and for pvp there are different perfect rolls depending on the lvl req, but hopefully this helps. Also there's a bug with %ed and min/max dmg on the same jewel (see post3267256.html#p3267256).
This is simply not true. There are many other valuable affixes on magic jewels. Life, single res, all res, attack rating, min dmg, dex, str, etc. For example:TheOmen wrote: 1 year agofor the FUTURE, the only jewels worth keeping 15IAS/40ED, 15IAS/25ED, 20ED, 15MaxD, 20 Max D, 30 Max damage.
15all res/9 dex = 8 Jah
100 ar /15 max dmg = 22-25 Jah
20life / 20mana = 4 Jah
15all res / 7fhr = 1 Jah
This is only partially correct. The ED/IAS affix pair is certainly the most notorious, but not the end-all-be-all of jewels. While a significant subset of players won't bother with anything other than perfect jewels, there is still a large market for jewels that arent perfect. These can still be worth researching and selling. For example:TheOmen wrote: 1 year agoWhen it comes to jewels people like perfect rolls and focus on big enhanced damage combined with IAS or ED rolls, maybe a all resist roll on certain builds. 38ed/15IAS = 4 Jah
15ias/28 fire res = 2 Jah
15all res / 9 min dmg = 2 Jah
As Atari mentioned earlier there are also many pvp jewels which can be valuable depending on their level req. For example:
Max level req of 3
-15 req / 15 light res = 1 Jah
20 poison dmg / 15 poison res = 1 Jah
4 min dmg / 10ed = 1 Jah
Max lvl req of 18
15 max dmg / 20 ed = 14-15 Jah
13 max dmg / 15 AR = 1 Jah
-15req / 8 all res = Ohm
Max lvl req of 30
24 max dmg = 6-8 Jah
5 str / 15 all res = Ber
9 dex / 30 light res = Jah
These PVP examples are just a small set of valuable jewels.
My free items are for players who play on xbox only and are intended for new players or ones who can't afford much. Its sad I even need to stipulate this ...

40ed is max for magic jewel. For rares, 30ed is the max.
Jewel #1: Lo (AR rolled very low)
Jewel #2: Nothing (affixes rolled low except for the res, which is least desirable res)
Jewel #3: Ber
Jewel #4: Nothing (even though its a perfect roll ed for that level, you only have one affix. For magic PVP jewels you need two affxes to be worth more than an Ist.)
Jewel #5: Vex- Lo
Jewel #6: Lo- Jah (These don't sell frequently so I'd take anything over Vex - might take a while)
Jewel #7: Not really sure, maybe Ist.
