I Just dropped one today, the enhanced damage was not so good but it can be possible to be a good and cheap weapon to an act 5 merc to yield. Provide tons of attack rating, life and life Steel, and chance of cast
Weaken that reduces the physical damage in 33%. Similar to The reapper's toll that has chace of decripify.
