but, +2 skills is required level > 30. which means not LLD...

I agree with mockingbirdreal. 20IAS has a level req of 25 so you could get these gloves with 20IAS and still keep it below a lvl30 req.
Also life leach doesn't work in pvp and ed on Gauntlets is pointless since the defense is so low. A second res would have been better, or some life. So there are 2 wasted affixes here and the IAS could have rolled higher.

hmmmm.
misread that in gloves it's required level 43 for 20%. probably was talking about ilvl.

anyways, for a Io it's not worth the hassle. I'll probably dump it in a "free items" game...

I shouldn't try to do math in the morning, lol. 20IAS on gloves has an alvl of 43 so 75% of that (to find the clvl) is 32.25 and not 25.

20IAS suffix for gloves has a character level requirement of 32. So +1 Java with 10IAS is useful for lld. It might still be valuable for lld, but the ED and Life leech affixes will make these a hard sell for lld. Not impossible, just difficult.

+2 java skills and 10% ias leads to a lvl req of 30. So only +1 java skills has no value for normal lld with lvl 30.

Even with 2/10, it can only sell for temp.
You need other useful mods such as dex, str, rep, ctc Frost Nova.
