Lightning sorc has an fcr bp at 117. Even without fcr on orb you can still reach 117 with a 2/17 ammy.
You need to lazurk this. If you get 2os, it's worth a good amount. If 1os not nearly as much, but still not

Damn, its a 50/50 shot too getting 1os vs 2os. Its got a good amount of mana on it. You can probably get between 5-15
