Looks like your GPU is broken.
I only use those build in windows programs for pictures. And when I made screenshot, it seems too dark. So I edit it by changing brightness, contrast etc... Not really putting much effort into it

Honestly, I used to like Mask, Bone Helm, Crown on Paladins, etc. But I don't like the new 3D models on them. They look... different than I imagined. Style choices have definitely become more limited in D2:R.
Although it is nice that some uniques have nice models now.

Biggin's Bonnet or Infernal Cranium is peak Nec fashion It also looks good on Amazon. Light armor on nec looks terrible in most cases, I prefer Scarab Husk for Enigma, cause it also covers hands and looks better in combination with ugly green hat, if you ask me.

This is so true! When I was a kid, every one of my characters had a Bone Helm or Crown for style. Now? Only one character does, and that's a Giant Skull for its attributes, not its look.
But in general, I always run heavy armors for fashion. I love the look, and the run/walk debuff is negligible.
