only need +9% off-weapon ias to max
Zeal out if I put correct stats into the calculator.

I searched d2r ias calculator then assumed 30% on-weapon ias.

Non-Ladder, Softcore. You may mix and match by rates below.

As stated above you don't mention attack speed on Grief. But also assuming 30%, maxroll says you're good with just Grief.
