Can't remember how is it called or if it helps for the database but I like this shrine. Reminds me somehow of some chewing gum surprises and it was found in

Ancient Tunnels.

edit: the shrine is called Resist Poison Gives +75% resistance to Poison, Icon: Floating

Skull, Dialogue: You no longer fear Poison...

Now that is some cool-looking shrine
