Cool uniques that you use even if there are better options

I use full Tal Rasha's Wrappings with my Lightning /

Chain Lightning Sorceress.
People say that a

Nova Sorceress build (with self using Infinity) or a

Griffon's Eye +

Eschuta's Temper set would be more powerfull, but I like my glowing Sorceress

I use the full set for my Blizzard Sorceress, but it is viable for basically every Sorceress builds I guess, other than niche builds like bear Sorceress etc.

Let me start:

Fury Druid:
I use mostly ethereal

The Reaper's Toll, even if eBotD

Thunder Maul or eDeath

Decapitator is much better.

Strafe Amazon:
I use

Windforce, Faith on Grand Mathron Bow is mostly better choice.

Zeal Paladin:
Grief is an obvious option, but I like using ethereal

Astreon's Iron Ward and

Heaven's Light.

Frenzy Barbarian:
Double Grief is BIS, but I like using Grief -

Doombringer combo.

Nova Sorceress:
Majority prefers self-wield Infinity, but my choice is

Mang Song's Lesson.

For

Strafe Amazon, I found

Buriza-Do Kyanon also quite useful and fun.

For Fury or

Maul Druid, options are quite a lot: And also,

Buriza-Do Kyanon works for Fury Druid as well.

I'll keep updating this topic when I get to chance to use other uniques and if I find them usable.

Druid:

Immortal King's Stone Crusher,

Windhammer, poison Wind ring,

Metalgrid, cats eye amulet,

Baranar's Star, Voice of Reason (pb), Oath.

Barbarian:

Wolfhowl, Kingslayer

Necromancer: Leorics arm (though i dunno that could be best in slot item on some builds), Passion runeword, Kingslayer

Sorceress: I really like

Doombringer and Passion sorceresses. Silence is kinda neat on her as well.

Paladin:

Zakarum's Hand (upped,

Eth)

What I really do not like is Enigma/

Naj's Puzzler. I get a lot of enjoyment doing the maps and searching for the stairs down.

Jade Talon.
Amazing off-hand.

I always find it funny when people say this or that will do more damage. Dead in on or two hits is dead in one or two hits. I mean, one way or the other lightning immune flayers are going to take reduced damage. Sure they have low hp, so maybe it is a bad example with Infinity etc. But my point doesn't change.

I get really really bored when my characters start 1-shotting on hell and start a new character every time.

Bit of a fatal flaw where I am concerned as when my build is done, so am I. Nothing to work towards other than maxing for xp.

Never did mention amazon, I like

Pus Spitter and

Langer Briser.

Javelin as well, on classic that's all we had after all , power creep really did a number of things with her after lod.

Frenzy barb

I terrifyingly realized that I forgot to add Necro.

Arm of King Leoric and

Boneflame (

Darkforce Spawn is also an option if FCR is needed) for summon Necro.

Demon Limb is sometimes fun to have for that sweet bonus

Enchant charges or something that I (actually my Merc) used for a long time is a

Djinn Slayer +

Frostwind and I think that was a combo with my Javazon. On players 1-3 it was still quite decent for a Merc, because you get that little cold+fire that covers all monsters that you personally struggle with (light+phy imm).

I also often use some other random low/leveling stuff like some set items, bows, alt. weapons, etc. For example, if you don't have Titans you can just use

Thunderstroke and you'll be more than fine or something like

Nightsmoke,

Bloodfist or

Rixot's Keen or hell even

Hexfire is strong thing for specific builds/while leveling up.

Thunderstroke is the fastest -on swap - boss killa when used with CS. That +4 with LD slayed.

Thunderstroke gives you the higher damage with

Charged Strike (in a 1-hand Weapon as with a 2-hand we have Infinity ).

Charged Strike is too good by itself vs single target, that you don't really need a top weapon to obliterate bosses

Thunderstroke with +4 on my stash, but never bother to replace my

Titan's Revenge - even against D Clone, wich was the reason to keep

• Blizzard: BIS option includes
  Death's Fathom, but Tal Rasha's Wrappings is just excellent.

>Necromancer

• Summon:
  Arm of King Leoric is BIS for me.
  Boneflame as shield also good. And of course
  Marrowwalk. This way I get 50 to
  Raise Skeleton and 52 to
  Skeleton Mastery.

• Poison Nova: Trang-Oul's Avatar provides not only a cheap but perfect kit, but also getting good damage combination, that are poison, fire and magic.
