White shield color - is it possible?

Hi there,

i recently found a

Shako with some crazy attribs, il has visio among other things so it's White

i'm using it on a char for esthetic reasons, i even found a White armour to go with it(pics below)

My questions are:

Can a shield be White if the def per level stat spawns on it? don't really want to use

Stormshield.

If they exist, what type of shield should i use so it's as White as possible? ))

Many (or most?) shields should turn White if you socket a
