Hit Power Weapon
Crafted with Recipe: Hit Power Weapon, this item will always spawn with three fixed modifiers and 1-4 other random modifiers depending on the ilvl of the base item used in the recipe.
While the fixed variables of the Hit Power Weapon are generally subpar, it bears mention that Wand-, Scepter-, and Staff-class Hit Power Weapons may be crafted. Such weapons will have randomly generated staff mods as appropriate for their ilvl. This provides a method to target farm a weapon that provides +5 to one or more desired skills.
A slvl 4 Frost Nova will deal 11-14 Cold Damage with a Chill duration of 11 Seconds.
