The Tir Rune is an exceptionally useful rune, not only for its ever-welcome +2 to Mana After Each Kill affix, but for the many powerful runewords it is featured in. Harmony, Honor, Insight, Leaf, and Steel are very robust progression pieces, while Beast, Crescent Moon, and Grief are all BiS options for certain builds.
