PC on two good (but not perfect) rare items (GF Belt and Java 2/20 Glove)

Hi folks,

The two items below are from the new season ladder. I'm looking for a rough ball-park figure in non-ladder so that I can try to see if it will be worth selling in Ladder if I wanted to.

I'll list out the stats first:

Item #1 GF Tri-res

Belt
Base item:

Plated Belt

1. Poison Resist - 20
2. Lightning Resist - 24
3. Fire Resist - 30
4. + to Strength - 23
5. + to Life - 13
6. % extra gold from monsters - 73%

*If this was cold resist with higher numbers in life, that would be quite the gg

Belt, but not quite. I think it's great that it rolled in

Plated Belt, which requires lower STR to equip, and this already pumps up 23 extra strength by wearing it.

It has value for sure, I just wasn't sure where this would fit in.


Item #2 - Javazon Gloves
Base item:

Demonhide Gloves

1. Poison Resist - 10
2. + to Javalin &

Spear - +2
3. Increased Attack speed - 20
4. Mana Stolen per hit - 3
5. Half Freeze Duration

* Again, quite decent but not GG roll. No additional stat boost, nor lightning resist but has the beautiful 2/20 and 3 mana, with a bonus half freeze duration which seems to be in the rise of trend lately (giving up ravenfrost).

Any input would be most helpful. Ladder prices are so random because we are only a week ish in, but it would be great to get an estimate on Non-Ladder so I can find a reasonable price somewhere down the road.

Belt has little value imo.
Many unique belts are too good: tgod, arach, verdungo,

String of Ears,

Goldwrap.
Resistant is good but you can get it for ring,

Boots, etc.
To be gg, it must has close to perfect rolls such as fhr, life, mana, str, etc

Belt lol. Great find just not enough.

Other one is a classical 2/20, with a bit of mana steal and Poison res.
On non ladder would be worth around

Ohm. Ladder is a bit fresh so probably around
