At this required character level this unique is outclassed by a Spirit in a

Crystal Sword.

It's only advantage is a good amount of All Resistances but :

At that character level you may easily max your resistances with other slots.
Spirit in a
Crystal Sword will allow you to use a shield which (a Rhyme is a great candidate due to Cannot Be Frozen)
