Great Hauberk is maybe the worst option of all light elite armors, since the defense doesn't matter too much but the STR Requirements are quite high. Stick to every other light elite armor instead, with the Archon Plate being the best option.

Great Hauberk can prove itself as very good (if not the best) option for making Bramble. The explanation is quite simple: Skeleton/poison hybrid is wearing Marrowwalk with exactly the same 118 str requirement. Nice grim show-off, high defence and no movement penalty combined make this chestplate a great choice for your summoner/novamancer - unless your goal is Enigma.
