Dilemma: was planning to get two Zod runes with the tokens I will have. But . . .

On my penultimate trip to Diablo so that I can get my final

Terror essence before moving on to

Baal, a flipping

Ber dropped.

In about a week I will have enough to create enough tokens to trade for two

Zod runes to insert into my Herald and Serpentskin so they can be indestructible, because they're ethereal.

So here's my question: Do I go through with the original plan (two

Zod to insert into the items above) or keep them, get enough essence for two more tokens and trade them for a

Jah so that I can make an Enigma ?

Eth HoZ but...viper?

Based on the HoZ I'll just go ahead and assume that you're a pally. That inherently means that viper will never be anything more than a placeholder until you get Enigma. Which in turn already answers the question I suppose.

Personally, I wouldn't even bother with a zodded HoZ but at least that one would be understandable as there is a point to it (merely not my personal preference).

I have a Hammerdin yeah but I also have a Meteorb sorceress. Sorceress is 89, Paladin is 83.

So I am guessing holding off for an Enigma is the better option.

Eth hoz it's not optimal choice for hdin. There is always discussion what is better hoz or Spirit (voting on second, ezpecially to pair with enigms) but still you do not benefit too much on

Eth hoz, as you are losing 19-22 res on socket

If your Zaka is not 200ed - you are better off buying a non ethereal one for an

Ist or 2.

Viper is 100% NOT worth. Hammerdin is so clunky without Enigma. Everything changes for him once you equip it. Clear speeds, farming zones, positioning you name it.
