Is there a "best place" to trigger "on struck" buffs?

Hi

I'm wandering if there a "best place" to trigger "on struck" buffs (like Treachery)...
Some place easy to reach (close to some waypoint), "safe" (very low damage), and at same time where you take many hits...

I saw some people talking about standing above flames on the Ground, but don't remember an easy to reach place where you can always find one...
(I just remember that they randomly appear on Black Tower)

Outside of Harrogath is always a fire, I use this for Uber buffing

What jnvc said. A fire outside the gates of Harrogath is where I proc Fade for Ubers, but I also set a portal near the fire before buffing to save time on the return.

Flayer Jungle works pretty good, flayers are plentiful and do fairly low damage.

+1 for river of flames. Sometimes I've had to stand in the purifying flames for a while to trigger that damned Fade proc

I'll cast a third vote for River of Flame. In the Bloody Foothills you have to deal with catapults. The open flame just next to the NPC on the way to Chaos Sanctuary is mob-free.

All prices negotiable. BIN always wins. Americas (Pacific), but int'l trade times can be arranged.

River is also where i go when i need Treachery to trigger, close to waypoint and no monsters near the fire

I use the flames nearby the gates to Harrogath, where there are enough foes to hit your character besides fire. Usually doesn't take long to trigger Fade.
