My first Annihilus! Yeyyy!!!

I just beat DClone and got my first

Annihilus! Hurray!
Not a very good roll but I'm ok with it. 16 - 13 - 7
First I shot some

Arrows from an Edge RW bow, maybe 10 or so and after turned green I went behind the wall.
I used the Palace Cellar 3 location (went back from

Arcane Sanctuary) and hide behind the wall, spamming hydras thru the metal door and meteors all the way.
Meteors were just to be there, just a few actually hit him.

Drank a few healing potions for some flames that hit me, but was a simple and easy task.
Kind of cheating, but I think not. I used the terrain and situation at that location.
The last two tries I didn't know the Palace Cellar 3 trick and

Edge Bow thing. I tried with a

Dagger and couldn't apply PMH.

I have a 89 level pure fire Sorc (

Hydra,

Fireball and

Meteor) with rather basic gear.

Hydra around 1500-1700 damage,

Meteor 5900 - 6400.
My current gear is Lore helmet, Smoke armor, Spirit sword and shield,

Nightsmoke

Belt,

Gravepalm gloves,

Waterwalk

Boots,

Seraph's Hymn ammy and two rare rings.

Congrats ! I was so excited too when I got my first (with my necro so needed to get some Urdars to help). Since then, must have killed him about 100 times now, but I do remember my first 2 kills very well (2nd because it was damn tough... and gave me a 20/18/10 I still use !)

I play mostly Single Player and today was a very lucky day.

Gul runes and

Magefist and also... my first Stone of Jordan in Single Player from terrorized Andy.


I played with it for a while. Good ring, never had mana problems wearing it but the Anni was so appealing so I sold it to

Charsi.
Went for DClone in the same place, Palace Cellar 3 and defeated with no emotions. I forgot to change from P8 to P1 and took a little longer, but my hydras were on fire

And now I have an

Annihilus also on Single Player, even better than the first one. Rolled 16, 20, 8

Now I have pretty solid gear in SP:
Flickering Flame, Heart of the Oak,

Monarch Spirit,

Magefist,

Aldur's Advance,

Arachnid Mesh, Upgraded Vipermagi with an

Um, Volcanic Amulet of Precision (+3 fire and 15 dex),

Dwarf Star and Nagel Ring.
