It is the apostrophe in their username. I'll reach out to them and ask to change it until I find a more permanent fix to this.
Could you prevent the " ' " on the registration form authorized chars ?

Yes, I could restrict it to letters spacers and numbers only, but there are probably many other existing users with apostrophes so I'd like to try for a more robust fix. This logic is handled in the view topic frontend, so I may be able to handle username apostrophes for buyers with a regex function.
