Nice one. Too bad STR and Life rolled quite low, but this is a very decent ring. Would rate it around

3% life leech, 5 strength and 20 life are all perfect rolls for a blood crafted ring. To get more one of the random affixes also had to be life leech or strength or life.

Ah you're right, so perfect on default mods + 4 decent other mods (fcr, 2 res, AR). Res and AR could be better...
