Not sure about the value/usefulness of 1 Mana After Each Kill. I would rate the ring at Ohm/Lo but feel free to start higher and lower the price after some time.
Edit: Seems I should no longer rate valuable rares as I always rate them too low.

Could even go higher than Ber or Jah, but in Ladder prices are lower usually.

Ber+ is good. Really big stats, but with the dex you aren't looking for a traditional caster as buyer. Good for someone aiming to max block. FCR, AR, and dex feels pally to me. gl
