Rare zon gloves - worth anything? (pic included)

I have no idea if these could be worth something or are junk (leaning towards junk). Let me know your thoughts.

No value. No one is looking for passive skills and no ias.

Edit: Naitsirk is right. Passive skills have their value but you need ias as well.

P&M is better for a bowa then bow skill are, this would be worth ~ 4-5

Ber if it had 20ias, without the ias 0 value ofcourse.
