I don't think that fire dmg and energy have value on a phys dmg jewel and 26%ed and 6 min dmg are too low to have some value alone. But I'm not experienced with pricing rare jewels so I might be wrong here.

It's not bad, but not great neither.

Besides, due to the ED+MinD or ED+MaxD bug, can only be inserted in a weapon to avoid the bug.

Overall, a rather low value like
Lem or
Pul or some
Perfect Gems.
