Yes, I have definitely noticed a difference to before - all regions seems to slowly trickle upwards at a somewhat steady pace, for the last couple of weeks. In the past, NL would often not move at all for weeks (or very little anyway), except for the rare few streamer walks or when someone did a Stealth walk.

This phenomenon is not really limited to nonladder either, there seems to be a similar behavior on ladder too, lately, with a slow "trickle" in between streamer/Stealth walks.

EU SCNL just walked, not sure when exactly but it had walked when I checked a minute ago.

Asia SCNL just hit 5/6. Again, no idea when it's actually going to pop, could be minutes, could be hours.
EDIT: walked around 17:37 CET.

Asia SCNL also just hit 5/6, about 5 minutes ago. Which one will pop first?

Asia NL is up at 5/6 again.
