Description

I recently picked up a HF torch that I'm using on my IK WW barb. I've noticed that
Firestorm doesn't get activated by WW, but when I use
Berserk (for PI), it activates regularly. Is this a bug with WW, or was it meant to be like this? If so, WHY doesn't it activate with WW?

WW doesn't work with ctc.
It just doesn't work.

Bug or not? Why? Only Blizz can tell.
But they won't tell it is a bug till they fix it :)
