My favorite thing that blew my mind when LOD first came out was the barbarians AI fighting outside the walls of Harrogath. It'd be cool if they added more AI in the other acts so the world felt more "lived in".

I wouldn't quite call that "AI" though...
AI only in the simplest sense of videogame npc logic
