For a druid, it's indeed a good Delirium (or Flickering Flame if on ladder) base.
However, druids stuff tends to be rather cheap, so don't expect a fortune out of it - still worth something, would say more than

Royal Shield. As a result, I wouldn't worry too much about it and just sell as is. Looking at the history, 3 or 4 sockets both fall around 1-2

just for information, usually AR is not used for resistances.
so with the right description you can eventually get a better price

AR = attack rating
+45 all resistances = resists or all res or (in some countries) prisma
