Oh yeah lucky for sure. I created mine three days ago and I've done perhaps 75-100 runs. I've also horked a Gul, Ist, Um, and some random stuff like occy and a few Raven Frost.

For a druid, it's indeed a good Delirium (or Flickering Flame if on ladder) base.
However, druids stuff tends to be rather cheap, so don't expect a fortune out of it - still worth something, would say more than Ist, but I am not a druid expert.

I've seen two Ber runes drop back in the original days of lod, 1 from baals minions and 1 from cows and neither were mine. Besides a Gul from my hell forge an Ist and Pul drop ive never had a high rune drop for me. Running solo cows today after hours of split mf runs popping LK resulting in nothing cows drop my first ever Ber!!
That 1% makes me cry

You cannot upgrade it to Elite type but you could try to socket it, yes.

More like "gg's little brother", because it is merely a Royal Shield. As a result, I wouldn't worry too much about it and just sell as is. Looking at the history, 3 or 4 sockets both fall around 1-2 Ist, as does no socket.
So if you try to cube it, you basically stand a 50/50 chance of either not really changing the value or removing all value so..not worth that. If anything, Larzuk it for 4 to get to the higher end of the price range due to "already socketed".
