Life leech would be better than mana leech, 58 life is nice, all res is ok, psn res and mf could be higher. I would say Gul/ Vex.
Highlord's Wrath for comparison has only +1 skill, less res (in sum), no +life and no mf but 20% ias, deadly strike and is available for Ist.
