No idea how much but it's very good to socket a weapon (unfortunately not something else due to the min/max + ed bug).
ED is max, min dmg is max, all res is good (not sure of the max on rare, 10 or 11 I believe), strength is correct (max 9). All are useful affixes.
Rare jewels are not very popular though, so you'll need time to sell it.
